Telephone call two days before delivery to arrange delivery time (delivery 6 weeks earlier than originally thought) and another telephone call 10 minutes before delivery arrived (50 minutes before original delivery time). The website was very clear and easy to use,ordering was completely straightforward and the rapid response in sending the TVs to me was fantastic.
I am delighted with my purchase and have no hesitation in recommending 123Elecricals4me to all my friends.

They telephone on the day of purchase to confirm the order and give an delivery estimate. In fact the order I purchased came sooner than the estimate. The next day at the same price.

| Overall rating | | | Comments | Due to a fire at the hotpoint factory we had to wait four weeks for delivery, but we had it delivered within that period, somewhere along the line the dishwasher in its packed state was compacted on a three inch roll of packing tape which had resulted in a distorede panel on the right side, this was not going to affect the running of machine and as it is inside a unit would not be seen. We did not want to wait a potential four weeks for a replacement. This however has no reflection on 123 Electricals service. |

Promised to send an E-mail by a set time to track the order, that arrived just before due time with all relevant order tracking info. Parcel arrived promptly at 09.35 on promised day wrapped in black plastic to conceal the identity of the contents with all documentation enclosed. Super service that exceeded my expectations and put other Retailers to shame, Well done 123Electricals |

On Monday morning I was able to purchase the TV without any difficulty. 123 also contacted me on Monday morning to apologise for the inconvenience experienced on Sunday and to make arrangements for delivery at my convenience. This duly was made on the required day and we are very pleased with the TV. I have already recommendd 123 to family and friends. Regards, Paul Smith

The staff at 123elelectricals4me were extremely polite, helpful and efficient, The prices are excellent too. I would most definitely use them again for any electrical products. They certainly beat the shoddy service you get off some of the high street retailers. |

on it's side. The manual that came with it said it should be kept upright.
The box was covered in black plastic so the 'right way up' wasn't immediately obvious. The television seems to be working fine at the moment, I just hope no damage was done from it not remaining upright. |

As the label one package was damaged they split the order in two which meant two days off work :(. They (the couriers) did do their best and were helpful on the phone but it would have been better to get it right first time. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | I am so impressed with both 123 electricals and the delivery company they used, especially as I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with another delivery company, who ended up actually losing the tv after 3 missed delivery attempts( their fault not mine, I stayed in, they went to wrong address, came on wrong day) I called 123 electricals to check stock availability, then ordered online, they emailed me with a tracking number, I tracked it on line, it came at 8.30 the very next morning, I will never use another company to order electrical items, 100% satisfied. |

Received call from seller 8:30am (following order made on previous evening) regarding query on request for delivery to be signed by neighbour - very pleasant and helpful staff. Delivery guy rang 20 mins before arriving to confirm details which was unexpected but good - again very pleasant. Product was slightly cheaper from another seller, but their feedback was very poor. 123 had excellent feedback and I can now see why - well worth paying the extra couple of quid and would certainly buy from them again. I am an avid member of Which? and rarely buy anything unless it's a best buy. Through their site, I went directly to priceruner and from the drop down, selected certified seller.
Low and behold, 123Electricals4me were top of the list and had the best price. I live in Inverness,and the TV was delivered the next afternoon, quite amazing to say the least and especially, no delivery charge. My local shop wanted £20.(They were also £96 dearer for the TV)

| Overall rating | | | Comments | The ease of ordering was very good as was the website,however the whole experience was let down by the delivery.Having waited in for the delivery,I received a telephone call claiming that my parcel had gone to Birmingham because they couldn't read the bar code as it had smudged.The next morning my parcel did indeed arrive,the delivery address was perfectly clear as was the bar code.When I opened the box the polystyrene had been smashed, obviously the TV had been dropped or something heavy placed on top.I telephoned 123Electricals and they were most helpful and suggested that I try the TV and it did in fact work.A good company let down by the delivery service. |
