| Overall rating | | | Comments | Online ordering at a weekend was easy and was followed up on the Monday by a confirmatory telephone call arranging delivery at a time convenient to me. The first delivery of my Panasonic TV went astray en route but this appeared to be down to the courier company and not the supplier. 123electricals customer service were excellent in the way they handled this problem and were very quick to despatch a replacement, which has now arrived without any delay. I found their telephone service particularly good. Real people who called back when they promised to do so! |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | A really good purchasing experience - with the best price I could find online for the product (a Panasonic 26" LCD HD TV) - the price was matched by a few other sites but when I read reviews of their service I was put off buying from them - I checked out 123Electricals4me's user reviews and found nothing but praise for their excellent service which I can now confirm. I phoned to check the product was in stock which was confirmed by a very helpful lady who offered to take my order there and then but I wanted to look at their other products first so I declined then ordered later online - within 2 minutes of ordering online I got a phone call confirming that they had received my order and informing me that I would receive an email detailing delivery which duly came through - the delivery arrived promptly & when stated and all was as it should be - the TV is all and more than I hoped it would be and at a great price - thanks very much 123. I will certainly recommned you & use you again! |
