The website was easy to use and i was impressed by how quickly i was called to arrange delivery - literally within 5 minutes of placing the order. I was offered a range of delivery dates the following week so i could choose one to suit me, although not the option of morning or afternoon delivery which would have been helpful. The TV was delivered around 12.30 on the pre-arranged day. The only negative was that the courier was dragging it along the floor, and picked it up when he saw me looking out my front door! But it arrived in good condition and was easy to set up - i was watching the tv within half an hour.
little communication. only when I instigated was any contact made.4 e - mails from me 1 from them. ordered 26/04 still not here 18 /05. very unhappy.
I received a 'phone call to say that that the product would be delivered in 4 days time. This seemed a little lengthy, was expecting it within 2-3 days at the most. There were little or no reviews on this camcorder, so I had to go by the specification only. The camcorder video playback was far from satisfactory, I am in the process of returning same, & hopefully will purchase a high Def. camcorder in the future. The price for the camcorder was about right. There was no facility to track my order on-line.
The service from ElectroSaver was excellent. They were the cheapest I found and within two hours after placing the order I had a phone call to arrange a delivery date. The TV came on that date. Perfect
