Overall rating Comments The website was easy to use and i was impressed by how quickly i was called to arrange delivery - literally within 5 minutes of placing the order. I was offered a range of delivery dates the following week so i could choose one to suit me, although not the option of morning or afternoon delivery which would have been helpful. The TV was delivered around 12.30 on the pre-arranged day. The only negative was that the courier was dragging it along the floor, and picked it up when he saw me looking out my front door! But it arrived in good condition and was easy to set up - i was watching the tv within half an hour.

Overall rating Comments I received a 'phone call to say that that the product would be delivered in 4 days time. This seemed a little lengthy, was expecting it within 2-3 days at the most. There were little or no reviews on this camcorder, so I had to go by the specification only. The camcorder video playback was far from satisfactory, I am in the process of returning same, & hopefully will purchase a high Def. camcorder in the future. The price for the camcorder was about right. There was no facility to track my order on-line.

Overall rating Comments After a telephone enquiry as to the delivery status, Iwas assured our tv would be delivered between 9 -12. I arrived at 9.10 being delivered by a very professional and polite driver.The staff at Electro Saver were highly efficient and helpful. We are completely satisfied by the free delivery and the keen price of the product.thankyou. ea holme

Overall rating Comments Very pleased with my purchase. The price was very competative and the delivery time was very good especially as it was free delivery. When I contacted them by phone they were very helpful and provided an exact date for delivery. This was exceptional value for money, the best price on the web with free delivery and good customer service. A highly recommended retailer.

Overall rating Comments The website was easy to navigate and use. The price was highly competitive. You promised to call about delivery and you did. You promised to deliver on Tuesday 8th April and you did. The product worked immediately it was installed. One of my aims for the product was to play VCR tapes to it to store video on DVD this it did after some trail and error setup work.

Overall rating Comments ordered tv over bank holiday contacted after holiday and confirmed delivery date tv delivered following day. went smoothly with no problems at all. Very happy with service provided. slight moan is that delivery was agreed am but arrived 2pm.
