| Quality of retailer website | 3 / 5 | | Standard of service - items in stock | 2 / 5 | | Quality of sales service and warranty | 1 / 5 | | Standard of service - ordering | 1 / 5 | | Summary | i bought the w580i in december 2007, i am now on my fifth one, at first i had the grey one and all the buttons broke on it, they gave me a black one the second time, my black ones the screen has broken, it was only on the 4th phone they decided to send it away for repair instead of replacing it, the repair was supposed to take upto 2 weeks, i never had the phone back till 5 weeks later and when i eventually got a phonecall from them, they said we could not repair your phone, we will replace it with a REFURBISHED model so basically i bought the phone brand new and they gave me a phone that had been repaired before. | | Do you recommend this retailer? | No |
