Overall rating Comments Living in Northern Ireland it is not often you find a retailer who is willing to ship here at all, let alone at no extra cost. On top of which the price for my purchase was the lowest I found after several days of ploughing through the internet. It doesn't get any better than that! The only minor gripe I had was that I couldn't get the delivery tracker to work. As it happened it didn't matter as delivery was made on the day I requested. I can't speak for the after sales service as I haven't had to use it, and that for me is another result. I have already put the word around the office and would have no hesitation in recommending Beyond Television to anyone needing a TV (especially if you live in Northern Ireland).

Overall rating Comments Seldom do I come across companies that do what they say they will do - your company is one that does EVERYTHING they say they will do. TOP MARKS. I would buy again no problem and getting it next day is a huge plus. WELL DONE guys.

Overall rating Comments Initially, there were problems with their payment system through HSBC, however this was not the fault of Beyond Television, and their staff kept me very well informed, even before I had purchased anything. I chose Beyond Television because of their highly flexible delivery service. It also turns out they gave me the cheapest price, and the best customer service that I've had in years. I'd recommend them to anyone. A+++

Overall rating Comments Really excellent service. I indicated delivery for 2 days after ordering. Order was delivered at 9 am on the morning indicated, in perfect condition. The price was not the cheapest quoted on-line for the item I selected (a Pioneer DVD Recorder), but it was competitive with the cheapest and well below the dearest. Overall it was the positive feel of the web-site which persuaded me to buy, and I have no regrets about doing so.

Overall rating Comments Very competitive price so I was half expecting to have a less than 100% satisfactory television. However, it is absolutely superb so I am very happy. Website was easy to use, no problems. Will recommend to friends and if I need any more of your products I will be back.

Haven't installed any of the items yet as I will be moving into a new flat on Saturday 29th March. Hopefully it will all work. I'll be in touch if they don't. Tony Cordery

Placed my order on 18th March and it was delivered free of charge on 20th March.As the well known advert says it does exactly as it says on the tin.Excellent service all round!!!!!

Overall rating Comments I have used Beyond Television before but on this occasion I was diappointed because the goods were in stock at the time of order but I couldn't have them delievered for a week. They rang me a couple of days later to say the TV was no longer in stock ie they had sold my TV to someone else so I cancelled the order and bought it from Flats Deals instead.

Overall rating Comments After checking availability on the website and a double-checking by phone I ordered the product for delivery 3 days later. Then I got an order confirmation, invoice and a call to confirm some details. Two days later I got a call to say that the item was not in stock after all! Very unprofessional! The company had no idea when they could deliver. They did offer Saturday delivery once the item was in stock (2 weeks later) so at least they did help out after the fact.

Overall rating Comments high quality products at cheap prices with speedy delivery! I would always cheack the Beyond Television website before ordering a tv product anywhere else. Staff answering the telephone could be improved with both the frequency the phone is answered and the helpfulness of the staff, but the products and prices are fabulous

Overall rating Comments Great site to order from with TV showing in stock, quick and easy links to follow with automatic e-mail upon payment. Unfortunately after ringing to say that they are closed on Good Friday (dates on order calendar were not blocked), delivery was arranged for Saturday as long as we paid an extra £20. Thursday, prior to delivery on Sat a phone call to say they had no stock of the TV and could not give us a new supply date. So a week wasted waiting for a delivery that all along the company new they could not make because they had no supplies. Sorry to say that they let themselves down.

Overall rating Comments After doing loads of research on various manufacturers web sites, I finally decided on 46” lcd tv by Samsung. I then searched the web for the best deal The search results showed that Beyond Television had the lowest price. I was a bit apprehensive because I had never heard of them before, but not any more. The buying experience was first class, delivery was on time and would recommend the company to anyone.

Overall rating Comments The delivery service was excellent. I was asked what day I wanted delivery and it was delivered on that day. Security for payment was also excellent. As for the delivery time, I ordered the television on a Tuesday afternoon at 3-10pm, and it was delivered on Thursday morning at 7-30am. That is what I call superb delivery, considering it was free. I would have no hesitation in recommending Beyond Television to anyone.

Overall rating Comments I must say I had some misgivings about purchasing a digital TV via the internet but was absolutely delighted by the overall experience - i.e. a much lower cost than from the high street shops and set delivered within 3 days of placing the order - exactly when I had been told to expect it.
