Overall rating Comments I must say I had some misgivings about purchasing a digital TV via the internet but was absolutely delighted by the overall experience - i.e. a much lower cost than from the high street shops and set delivered within 3 days of placing the order - exactly when I had been told to expect it.

Overall rating Comments Easy to find product at the right price. Only issue would be that the delivery agent needed assistance with the Television as it was in a large box and he was on hos own. I was fine to give a hand but others may not be.

Overall rating Comments The television I wanted had just gone out of stock on the day I ordered so I phoned them and they said it would be in on the Thursday, and that if I asked for delivery on the Friday they would see to it. However I ticked the wrong box, making it the 28/3 instead of 7/3. I phoned customer services and they assured me that they would change it. I didn't hold out much hope but they came up trumps. I was able to track the course of delivery and it arrived on the Friday afternoon. Highly pleased!

Overall rating Comments I ordered a Samsung LE37R87BDX for my parents on Monday at 12:00, it arrived Tuesday at 13:00. I was so impressed that the following Monday I repeated the purchase and that too arrived the next day. Very good service and a very good price.

Overall rating Comments wasted a days annual leave for an order that didnt arrive which was supposed to be next day delivery. had to take unpaid leave to receive product as was not involved in agreeing a new delivery date. product was received opened and box was extremely damaged, the polystyrene inside the box was shattered. some minor scratching of tv. will contact further.

Overall rating Comments It was very good indeed throughout from ordering to delivery of the TV and its stand. The only slight negative was that in spite of ordering a TV with a stand at the same time we were charged a delivery fee of £20. This fee was to be couteously refunded (on enquiry) to my credit card - an added bonus. We were told that if we had ordered the TV before the stand there would have been no delivery charge imposed. Perhaps this should be made clear to future customers in the ordering process! Regards, David Frost - a very satisfied customer indeed.

Overall rating Comments This was my second purchase from Beyond Television and I am very happy with both TVs. The delivery driver for this purchase was having a bad day and took some of that out on me when I said I wanted to check the package before I signed for it - he even picked up one of the boxes and started to go back to his van, saying he didn't have time to wait around for that sort of thing. Once he'd come back, I then had to wait for him to go back to the van to collect a pen so that I could sign. (even though I had my own pen within an arm's length of the door, but he didn't ask and so I didn't offer as I was feeling less charitable by then...). Unnecessarily unpleasant, I thought, but I still love my telly.

Overall rating Comments 2 tv's were ordered at 3pm on Fri 08/02/08 and were both delivered at 11.30am on Mon 11/02/08. The order went through perfect and both tv's delivered on time. Its was also good to be able to track the delivery status on the city link website. Receipts for the purchase were emailed to me within an hour of the purchase. Overall a great result from a website offering the cheapest prices I could find on the Net. Jamie.

Overall rating Comments Website very easy to follow and ordering simple. Fantastic prices and free delivery next day, superb. Excellent order tracking Would definately order from them again, on line ordering should always be this easy. My only minor gripe would be that the goods were not wrapped in any packaging that concealed the contents, an address label was merely stuck on the product box.
