| Overall rating | | | Comments | On-line purchasing was very simple. I was offered the opportunity to select a deliverey date that suited me, and was informed the next day of the despatch of the item. I was given the details necessary to track the item on-line and it arrived right on shedule.
I reported what I believed to be a problem witht the TV two days after I bought it and received a very prompt reply. As it happened I managed to solve the problem myself. Nonetheless, I was impressed by the quick contact that customer service made.
Overall, a highly satisfactory on-line shopping experience and I look forward to the next opportunity to do business with Beyond television. |

| Overall rating |  | | Comments | Almost unbelievably Beyond Television could not process my order because they said that my billing address was different from my delivery address.
I was only advised that there was a problem by email, which was a shame, as I don't check my messages daily and my wife spent the day at home waiting for the delivery. A phone call would have been nice.
I was told when I finally contacted Beyond Television that I would need to take the issue up with my bank, which is coincidentally HSBC - the same organisation that manages the credit card transactions for Beyond Television.
I looked at the billing address given in my "account details" section of my web access and the details were identical to that given during the order process.
I rang the bank and they told me that my billing details are as I understood them to be. I asked whether it was possible that "MasterCard" could have a different billing address and was told that it is all managed by HSBC, so the billing address is as I described.
I rang Beyond Television back and told them that my billing address should be the same as the address that I gave them (and I also checked that they had the correct address). I asked if they could go back and query the financial advice and was told that there was nothing more that they could do.
The only thing that I can think of is that my billing address does not have a street number. The building is called "The Rectory" in Church Street. No number is required.
I went to another retailer on the Pricerunner website, placed an order and had my television delivered shortly afterwards. No problems.
The problem may be HSBC's however Beyond Television should look at this issue as it lost them a £500 sale and presumably this problem may extend to other orders as well.

This stopped my Credit card payment and cancelled the order. To be honest the guys have no responsability of such an idiotic way of managing a cash payment, but this is down to be able to choose your business partners.

My advice is investigate and identify the make and model you want to purchase and then visit the website. We saved £400 compare to a major retailer. Ordering was easy and the television arrived on the date specified. |

With the next day delivery now being free it is even (if possible) better than it was. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | Excellent professional fast and efficient service supplying a product which was out of stock with certain main stream stores. The price also was very competitive and despite my initial hesitation to purchase from what was for me an unknown company I have been extremely pleased. This is a service I will certainly consider using again when I need this type of equipment. |
