Collected a new machine from Tescos installed and working in under an hour | | Do you recommend this retailer? | No |

This company were brilliant, they returned phone calls when promised. They have very friendly and knowledgable staff. The staff kept me up to date with the delivery and we also received a phone call the day before delivery to ask if we wanted to be first or last on their delivery! The driver and mate were polite and even let me unwrap the fridge freezer to ensure that I was satisfied with the goods as I had bought them 'blind', I was not disappointed as the fridge freezer matched my new dishwasher perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone that will listen as they didnt let me down. I would not hesitate in using them again, | | Do you recommend this retailer? | Yes |

The item wasnt in stock. I was told that the washing machine would be in from the manufacturer within the next 2-3 days. I was contacted & told that the courier would call to arrange delivery. Staff polite and helpful, items not in stock when ordered, was advised as soon as they came in stock, and told they would be sent out via the transport company.
Transport company called booked a delivery in and items were delivered on the day advised.
