The product then arrived very swiftly and it was packaged robustly so that there was no potential for damage while in transit. Excellent service all round! |

Camera arrived in good working order and condition. My only concern is that I have the warranty for 18 months from purely gadgets but no warranty card from Olympus which should have been included with the camera as stated in the manuals etc. Hopefully I won't need any repairs etc to know how the warranty will be honored. |

I would rather have been told the delivery time was 2 weeks to begin with.
The email response was always quick and polite. |

So I emailed them and they confirmed avaialibility, ordered it and it arrived on time. I am now the proud owner of a baby Asus eee 8G! Well done PG!

| Overall rating |  | | Comments | The stock status on Purely Gadgets website is a lie, as is the order status when you place an order, it moves through the stages of packing and dispatching to give you the impression your order will be on its way, only to return to processing status, with no indication of why. This is the second time I have had this experience with Purely Gadgets, it seems as if their order status just runs on a timer from when you've ordered rather than bearing any relation to reality. |

I found the whole order process very simple (and the price of the goods was far cheaper than my local shop..) It was very simple to monitor the progress of my order and it arrived within 7 days of my actually placing the order. Highly satisfied and, already telling friends and colleagues to check out your website. |

I had hoped that, placing order on Sunday Night would get the order to me before the following Sunday. In fact it arrived on Tuesday of the following week which was a little disappointing. But I knew I took a risk. A polarising filter that I wanted was also not in stock. Otherwise it was a good experience. |

| Overall rating |  | | Comments | Before even looking at your Purelygadgets site, I checked out previous customers reviews to give me the confidence to deal with you.Your price for my camera lens was excellent,only half that of a very well known camera shop.It was a Nikon model with the much desirable VR (vibration reduction )Indeed your price was even lower than that taken by some companys for the same lens without VR.I was impressed by getting your email telling me my order was on its way and to let you know if I received it ok.Which I did ofcourse, and it was well wrapped and protected .It certainly makes you sound like a company that cares even after the product has went out the door.
