Return PolicyOn new items, we accept returns within 7 days in the original condition that they were sold in, otherwise a restocking fee of 15% might occur. On refurbished items, no voluntary returns are accepted, returns are accepted only when there is a serious problem with the item and a case has been filed with the manufacturer through their warranty program.
