Summarycontacted multizone on thursday sony lcd kdl403000 in stock. told me they could deliver next day which would have been great but i would have been at work. suggested monday the following week, how fast is that. staff were not pushy offered extended warrenty i politley refused (no problem). tv arrived on monday (new, boxed and untouched by human hand). had to wait till saturday to install. tv a dream, no dead pixels. would recommend multizone for service, product and price (best price i found for this tv)

SummaryThey offer an excellent price, good range of products, useful information and an easy ordering process. So far so good. Unfortunately when there were delivery problems caused by City Link, their delivery partner, they washed their hands of the problem - effectively saying "once you pay, it's not our problem mate". Their customer service staff - multiple people, on multiple occasions - were obstructive, arrogant and rude. It has been a very frustrating process. I still don't have the TV 2 weeks after ordering it and have paid express delivery costs twice. The shop should have offered a goodwill price reduction, instead they have outright refused this. I'll never shop with them again and I'm normally a very patient and forgiving shopper.

SummaryThis was my first internet purchase of a TV and after reading many a bad review for many different online retailers I was naturally abit nervous about doing it! But the price was too good to ignore (£130 cheaper than high street!) so I went for it! My mind has been put to rest as this retailer was extremely efficient, polite and delivered the goods within 2 days of ordering. This should be an objective review but I can honestly say I didnt experience any problems at all!!! Many Thanks.

SummaryGood price for the product. Sale went smoothly and goods arrived in a timely fashion. Order tracking was a bit lax with few updates from the courier. Some better delivery options would have been helpful. One hundred extra pounds to help move large items into the home (I'm in a 3rd floor flat): Ouch!!

SummaryOn the face of it this company seems reliable enough - that is until they forgot to actually perform the multiregion upgrade to the player I ordered (bizarre really, given the company name - MultizoneAV).

From then on it all went downhill.
Poor communication / no communication from customer services, I had to push them to arrange collection, and my repeated requests for credit-card refund disappear into a black hole.

This is the first time I've had to resort to a credit card dispute to clear up the mess with an online company. Avoid.

SummaryWould recomend the price only. Ordered the player and was told 7 to 10 days delivery.
10 days no delivery. Had to phone up to find out they had stock problems.
When it came to delivery I recieved an email after 6pm on the friday for a monday delivery. Also following opening the item found out that the multi region claims for the unit were false, and was told to contact the manufacturer direct to find this out, as Multizone av still claimed multiregion. As iwas speaking to them the information on the website was changing to remove the multi region element in the description.

overall the most painful purchase I have ever been through.
