Was well worth ordering from Home Cinema TV and saving £60 on a DVD Panasonic hard disc recorder.

Product is great, order was received within 3 working days and price was £5 less than Amazon. Only difficulty I had was entering a delivery address (eg. my work) that was different from my credit card address. Overall very good service.

very competitive prices but an awful lot of products OUT OF STOCK bought headphones after checkig website for about 3-4 weeks but very happy with purchase good delivery time

Overall everything went OK, but I was a little annoyed that despite a delivery date being "agreed" on the web-site, I was then telephoned to say that due to the cost of the item, I was subject to a security check. Because I didn't pick-up the message until late on the day prior to delviery, by the time I'd rung back, the delivery had to be delayed another day. If I hadn't got that message, I would have been waiting indoors all day and nothing would have happened. Whilst I appreciate that security if an important aspect in todays on-line purchasing, some form of notification that the delivery date on the web-site is not confirmed would have helped me and I wouldn't have had to take another day off work.

competitive price, a telphone call established delivery at a convenient time and the item was delivered as arranged. only grouse is that Amazon are selling the item also sourced from this supplier at the same price. i would expect to pay less by going direct and not through a middleman.
