On top, Free delivery and the best customer service I ever had. Staff knew the products and advice was great. Sample of print was sent very quicly. The delivery followed the fastest route too.
Overall 5 Star service an ddefinitely on repeat business and recmomendation to friends and my company.

They had also supplied prior to purchase print samples (they arrived the VERY next day!) which I used to confirm my choice and give me confidence that they were a bona-fide dealer. I have 500 leaflets to get out by the weekend! I ordered all 3 via Printerland after checking stock by phone,and was promised Wednesday delivery latest.
The young lady at the other end was very courteous & fast with the order information. She had my details on screen in no time as I had purchased a Samsung printer from them 2 years ago.
The drums arrived 9am TUESDAY morning!

I then looked on the Web and found Printerland. Not being sure what model I wanted I telephoned them. The call was answered by a very pleasant lady who after listening to what I wanted said that she would sort it out and phone me back. I get worried when people say this, but within five minutes a call came back, details were given and I was told that maybe it would arrive the next day. This was about 4.30 pm. The next day my printer arrived at 8.00 am. What a fantastic fast service, and such pleasant and polite people to deal with. | | Do you recommend this retailer? | Yes |

Placed my order by phone at 9.30am and was told the printer would be delivered the following day. They weren't kidding! It arrived at 9.30am the following day. I had some questions which were responded to by an extremely helpful lady called Emma very quickly indeed.
I purchased the product from them which was delivered in just two days for just £6.50 which I consider great value for a courier service. I will not be using it for a while as I am waiting now for my base unit (I am having it built for me).

Despite advertising next day delivery, the order I placed for this item resulted in a phone call two days later saying the item was out of stock for 7-10 days and recommended that i purchase their alternative choice instead.
