Summary
Ordered some PC speakers for delivery to home in Switzerland. 1st set never arrived - waited a month. 2nd set never arrived - waited a month. 3rd set (sent with sign-for delivery) never arrived - waited a month. Never had this in 10+ years of phone and internet orders. Now waiting for refund. I suspect fraud or theft by this company or theft by Royal Mail - former most likely as I cannot believe three deliveries were stolen or went missing, so more likely fraud or theft by Easyishop. Needless to say I will never use them again.
