Oh no!!! If i had not rung up to check how much longer i would still be waiting. Funnily enough when i rang up it was then in stock!!!!!!! |

It was also delivered quicker than most of our local stores would deliver the item. Only negative (minor) comment is that the order confirmation page did not state what we'd ordered or the total price. |

Also that you telephoned to advise that delivery would be a day early and would be between 4 and 5pm and sure enough it turned up just after 4:40pm. I was also impressed by the price and the large selection of products which I could find no other company could match.

My only recommendation would be that after you have confirmed your order, the summary screen doesn't display what you have ordered, just the cost, which leaves a niggling doubt that maybe you ordered the wrong thing! Otherwise excellent. |

Now 26/05/08, still not had anyform of communication from redhill since 19/05, very frustrated and rather annoyed |

The delivery driver phoned to day before to give me an estimated time and he delivered within the time slot given. Excellent will definately use again and would recommed.

I then managed to miss off the end of my credit card number but even that didn't hold up delivery of my new washing machine, which was a week later as coming direct from manufacturer rather than stock. I also liked being able to call at 9 am on the day of delivery to find out the 3 hour window in which the goods would be delivered so I knew when I could go out without having to worry the delivery would occur whilst I wasn't there. The staff manning the phones were also unfailingly polite and extremely helpful. I'd definitely recommend and use Redhill Applicances again. |

The specific product I was interested in was £20 cheaper than elsewhere and the £1 delivery cost was an attractive prospect. Ordering was easy over the net, I received a very polite call the next morning where delivery was arranged. Delivery was arranged with a phone call 30 minutes the item was delivered as I requested and the driver dropped off exactly where I wanted it. A first class service from start to finish. Redhill Appliances will definitely have my custom again in the future. |
