| Overall rating | | | Comments | I completed a Kelkoo search for a condenser tumble dryer, Redhill Appliances came up top so I investigated their website. The specific product I was interested in was £20 cheaper than elsewhere and the £1 delivery cost was an attractive prospect. Ordering was easy over the net, I received a very polite call the next morning where delivery was arranged. Delivery was arranged with a phone call 30 minutes the item was delivered as I requested and the driver dropped off exactly where I wanted it. A first class service from start to finish. Redhill Appliances will definitely have my custom again in the future. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | After ordering my tumble dryer they phoned me to thank me for my order and to let me know that they would contact me again when my appliance was ready for delivery. Which they did. I was then able to phone them on the day of delivery to get a three hour window enabling me to work my day round this and not be waiting all day for delivery. I thought this was very good. |

Clear communication (got a phone call the day after ordering) saying when they were able to deliver to Leicestershire area. Able to call on the day of delivery to get a 3 hour timeslot of when to expect the van (arrived within window we were given). |

Delivery options not great as only one day of the week but great prices and service make up for it. Also great that a large item was delivered by two people as part of the cost.
