| Overall rating |  | | Comments | it took a bit of time to get the oven, we ordered it on a friday, but it wasn't processed till monday, and delivered over a week later on thursday which was ok for us as our old oven worked. If it was a replacement for a non-working oven, almost 2 weeks from order to delivery would have been too long. |

| Overall rating |  | | Comments | The way that the initial order was supported was very good. However I have been very disappointed with the delivery today. Their window was wide, 0700 - 1300 but this is normal. They did call before they arrived and this did give me a better idea, good.
Once they did arrive it was not so good. Firstly they went to the wrong door after me completing their questionnaire. But after they had put the cooker in the kitchen they were not happy when I wanted it unpacked so that they could dispose of the packaging properly. In this environmentally friendly world this is essential. Unfortunately the fact that they had a further 3 deliveries today does not wear with me.
The delivery was arranged with a third party Aga based in Nottingham and not Moores directly. Moores were very good. I would like this information passed to Moores. |

I was originally informed the cooker hood would not be available until three weeks time, but then belling contacted me and said it was available and could be delivered today (2 weeks from ordering). The few times I contacted Moores Appliances - the gentleman who I spoke to was very efficient, pleasant and good to deal with, also to speak to the same person three times was great! The products were delivered exactly in the middle of the two hour time slot I was given, and the delivery drivers were very helpful and pleasant. I am very impressed with Moores Appliances and would definitely recommend them. |

After placing order I was contacted immediately by e-mail from Moores to confirm,explaining Rangemaster would arrange delivery. Rangemaster were extremely professional & delivered on time as agreed. Will be happy to purchase from Moores again. Thanks. |
