| Overall rating |  | | Comments | I found the TV from Miller Brothers after a lengthy internet search. It was the best price around. I needed to replace our old CRT TV, but didn't want to invest in an HD LCD TV for the time being. I was therefore very pleased to find the Daewoo, with intergrated Freeview, at such a good price. The delivery was very easy to arrange online, and the service was very prompt too. The only downside was that I had not realised how heavy it was, and the poor delivery chap was expected to carry it into the house on his own. |

1 - When ordering, on the last screen I was told that a confirmatory email had been sent, I had to phone to find out why I never received this and was told that as I had ordered at 4:50 on a Friday there would be a delay until the following Monday.
2 I was told by email that if I had not received a telephone call by 4pm on the day before delivery that I must ring the delivery firm, when I did this they said that this was wrong and that I would be phoned between 5:30 and 8:30.
Apart from these 2 small problems everything went very well
