This is the second purchase from kitchen science and each product has been delivered on time when they said they would be deliverd. The price has always been lower than other web sites and stores. Definately would recommend kitchen science.
The choice of products on offer was good, but information regarding discounts for purchasing more than one item was not easy to obtain. Products selected were not in stock and took 2 weeks to deliver and no information regarding confirmation of delivery was given, meaning that the delivery was missed and then redelivery was a further 4 days

The product, the dishwasher we required, was very competitively priced and arrived within the number of days we had been advised and we were kept informed by text of the likely arrival time on the day. Very cheerful & helpful driver and mate.
On 9th September I ordered a Neff Gas hob, order number 011 737 83, which was due to arrive on the 16th September. The delivery van arrived: it wasn't on board. No-one contacted me about this; after 3 phone calls and an email I was told to contact the courier myself and given the wrong telephone number to do so. After 2 more emails i was told it would be arriving a week later. It didn't arrive. Again, no-one contacted me to explain why. After 2 more phone calls I spoke to a very helpful young man whose name I unfortunately can't remember, who phoned me back with the information that the couriers had damaged the item beyond repair and offered to refund my payment or order me another one. I agreen to him cancelling that order and reordered another hob which I was told would arrive on Tuesday 30th September. It didn't arrive. It has finally arrived today. It's the correct hob, I only hope that it works. As I run a distribution company myself I know the problems. My first rule however is that when something goes wrong we contact the customer straight away and do ourbest to put it right. We always try to keep the customer informed so that they do NOT have to go chasing for information themselves. I suggest that Kitchen Science changes their courier if they can't improve the communication system between them and the courier and so between them and the customer. Liz Aveline-McPherson
The first delivery date was missed without any explanation, but a second date was arranged for just 48 hours later, which made up for the initial dissapointment.
Very easy - online purchase system was very user friendly. Minimum fuss and free delivery was a pleasant surprise. John Marr
