DeliveryUnited Kingdom Deliveries, First Class Royal Mail - Costs £0.95 per item – the majority of orders are delivered in 4 working days. However we cannot guarantee the speed of the Royal Mail service so we ask that you wait 10 working days before contacting us in the event of the non receipt of goods. All prices are inclusive of VAT which we prepay to Customs and Excise as the goods enter the UK. Special Recorded Delivery - Prices are calculated by weight and will be clearly stated when you reach the checkout page. Orders placed by 1100 Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 1300 the next day. Orders placed by 1100 on Friday will be delivered by 1300 on Saturday or Monday, Order placed after this time will not be dispatched until Monday for arrival on Tuesday. Please note that a signature is required on receipt. All prices are inclusive of VAT which we prepay to Customs and Excise as the goods enter the UK. Channel Islands Deliveries There is a £0.65 delivery charge for each item delivered to a Channel Islands address. The majority of items are delivered within 4 working days of order placement. If you have not received your order within 8 working days please let us know. Please note that VAT is included within our purchase prices. Channel Islands customers can claim a VAT refund on all fragrances over £18.00 - please contact us, quoting your order number, for a refund. Worldwide Deliveries Items sent to overseas addresses will be charged as follows. Please allow up to 14 working days for deliveries to Europe and up to 20 working days for deliveries to the rest of the world. UK VAT is included within our purchase prices - if you are not liable for UK VAT please contact us, quoting your order number, for a refund. Please note that the recipient may be liable to taxes in the destination country.

It was extremely easy to order once my debit card was accepted and all went smoothly thereafter. I can only obtain this product from one shop in York and this involves a round trip of forty miles or so. It is so much quicker by e-mail.

Great site, great value, great service! I have already recommended Cheap Smells to my friends! Ordered Thurs PM - delivered Mon AM; well within the estimated delivery time. Product was well packaged and in perfect condition so I didn't need to use their customer support service. Very reasonable rates for delivery.
