When I received it, I found some problems with it. The Hard Drive was making some clicking noise and Windows Vista was showing the Blue screen all the time due to a problem with the ATI video card. Even updating the drivers for the video it was still crashing. They arranged a return to check the problems. The laptop was sent to ASUS UK. After 2 weeks (without any concern) they sent me the laptop saying that they didn't find any problems with blue screen or the clicking noise in the hard drive. Now the worst: this time, when I opened the box, it was missing the external harddrive that comes with the laptop and the charger was missing as well. After weeks dealing with IT247.com (they never want to talk with you, never call you back and also hang up in you face!!!) they told me that ASUS UK putted everything back in the box and they could not help me. They told me that lots of people try to do that all the time (to get free stuff) and they don't believe in me!!! . . .. after more than a month they sent me the laptop charger .... but no external hard drive!!!!! | | Do you recommend this retailer? | No |

Even called to confirm that stock was avalible... The laptop did not arrive for another 7 days (after numerous phone calls). When the laptop finally arrived it was DOA (keyboard was faulty). It took two days for them to collected it and another 5 days for them then to say it was ok and they were sending it back. I've now been waiting 3 days for it to be sent back to me (I know it's faulty). They won't refund my money even though I returned the laptop within 7 days saying that another company is in charge of the warranty. The staff there are a joke and so are the management who can't find the time to call me back. I've wasted many days waiting for a laptop and I suggest you save your time and order form another site. | | Do you recommend this retailer? | No |
