| Overall rating | | | Comments | I think the 'process' set up from initial order to delivery is a first class and lean which probably allows you to offer such good value. However, when things do go wrong (i.e. customer doesnt enter correct email address at registration), speaking to your customer call centre is a poor experience as the call operators are hard to understand due to their ethnicicity, and seem to just be able to repeat back to you what you have told them. |

I understand that it is this way because of the low prices that 1st Audio Visual offer but it is nice to speak to a human sometimes, especially if things go wrong. |

I ordered the television and within three hours it was dispatched and collected by the courier that afternoon. I paid for next day delivery, but the courier delivered it a day late, fortunately, this was not a problem. Overall I was impressed with 1stAudioVisual's quick reponse. I am also delighted with the television. |

WHAT I CAN SAY IS DONT BE PUT OFF BY THIS BECAUSE I DID HAVE CAUSE TO CONTACT THEM REGARDING MY ORDER AND I DID HAVE A SPEEDY RESPONCE TO MY QUERY. First time as discovered too late when I asked and courier service did not deliver or put a note through the door. Second time asked for but already too late to change, I personally tracked the delivery by finding number of courier on net. So after service didn't bode well. Have yet to set up the product so cannot comment yet on its performance. |
