| Overall rating | | | Comments | Monday 1:30pm.... Created online account and contacted 1st Audio web chat to check stock, was told the 40" TV was in stock. 1:45pm ordered product for next day delivery (was not convinced it could be done) and waited for the order tracking details.........
Tueday 11:45 am...... To my amazement received a call from the Haulage driver telling me he would be at my door in 20 mins. What a service, absolutely outstanding!!! |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | Experience with 1st Audio Visual was excellent. However, the courier, DHL, let the side down. They put another label on the box with the WRONG address on it, delivered it to someone else who refused to sign for it and eventually I got it after 6 days ! |
