I find them easy enough to deal with. Their prices are good and even though the selection of phones is smaller that the 4 bigger operators they do have good phones. If you deal through their call centre they all future correspondance must be through the call cxentre too. This can be a bit anoying as they do have a few shops and it's sometime nicer to deal with problems face to face. They have messed up orders twice but they corrected it very fast. All in all I recommend for a price point of view. Customer service is also very good. Phone reception is just as good as the other operators in my experience (I have had a second phone through work on orange, o2 and vodafone). | | Do you recommend this retailer? | Yes |
