He gave me a link so I didnt look around the whole site but went straight to the item I wanted. I would definately recommend the site to people I know as the buying and purchasing experience was very smooth. Delivery was also spot on and as prompt as promised. |

However after 3 days of normal use one of the phone cover "hinges" fell into my hand as I took the phone from my pocket. This is not what I would call value for money having paid to protect my phone with this cover. What do I do now, after only three days buy a new cover? Are there any other covers available, but more importantly should I have to pay for another after having just purchased the first? I don't believe that I should. |

Previous purchases of Sandisk memory had come in sealed Sandisk packaging but this memory card arrived only in it's protective case. Admittedly the packaging is largely superfluous but at least you know it's a genuine Sandisk product and not a fake. |

Despite no indications on the website or with my order confirmation, the item was out of stock. I only found out whilst checking up on the order progress by phone when it was a day late being delivered, leaving me no time to re-source from elsewhere. Very pi**ed off. There was a really helpful customer services operative (Ashu), who has said they'd raise the "glitch" further up the food chain. I've previously used Moby and found them to be excellent and so will use them again. |

| Overall rating | | | Comments | Unlike some sites, Mobymemory.com answered my question quickly. Impressed with the service I ordered at 2pm and paid for special delivery. True to their site, it was despatched the same day and arrived the next.
Im so impressed with the product I ordered another, this time taking their free delivery option (recorded first class), which again arrived next day (credit to royal mail too on this occasion)
I'm not normally one to email suppliers and thank their great service, but I have for Mobymemory and also passed their details on to 3 friends, all have ordered and all have received in the time stated.
Highly recommended.

| Overall rating | | | Comments | The overall experience was very positive. However, the product manufacture was not top spec. The case was slightly too thick and this meant that it would not click in-and-out of its housing on the Nintendo DS. This was due to the case not being stuck together properly - the top did not sit flush with the bottom. The case was therefore separated, trimmed slightly and then re-stuck. It now works fine. This is not the sellers fault, but one of quality control on the manufacture site. |
