UK Sport Imports - Information

I recently purchased a treadmill from this company after looking at many other retailers this company seemed one of the best for value for money. The item purchased was one of the big ones with a TV. I was very impressed with it. I found the fact that they had a showroom a great benefit because unlike many of their competitors you can not see the item before purchase however as they have a showroom it was really worth the trip over to see them. I feel that many purchasers are always very quick to leave bad feedback but very very few leave positive feedback so overall reviews are often a very untrue overall picture of a company's service etc. I however felt that this company did everything to help me with the purchase the staff on the phone were always polite and helpful. Overall very happy customer.

**brilliant** I am am currently learning to box to try and keep myself fit. I used to do martial arts but decided to give boxing a go. And therefore I have invested in a punchman. It was easy to put together with next day delivery, ordered early Thursday Morning and then had the item on Friday morning - great. No problems at all very easy to order, they do also offer two man delivery for heavier items however I did not need this on my punchman. I did call on Thursday mid afternoon and the customer services were very helpful and told me delivery was due Friday and as expected it was delivered first thing on Friday. Would recommend this item and this store and now considering getting a weight bench from them also as they are fairly cheap.

I ordered an elliptical trainer to save my knees from the pounding of running. It duly arrived but broke 10 minutes into the workout. Disapointed I rang the company who gave me directions to fix it but with no joy. I was told it would be collected and checked/fixed/replaced and a day for collection set.My husband sat in from 0800 til 1800 but no show. This was to be repeated 2 more times meaning 3 days loss of earnings and more than a few protracted phone calls , on hold etc, non answering of e mails etc. I asked for my money back and compensation for my loss of earnings ,to be met with accusations of lying , although I had all their e mails as evidence of arrangements made. I rang again today to be told the machine hadnt been received yet so no money, after my second frustrating call today ( both taking over 5 minutes on hold etc, etc, I will get my money back in 10 days'or so' but no mention of compensation, good will gesture etc. I really do not want that which isn't mine bit this company is an absolute shambles . Their customer service is non existent and those in charge, Lucy and Duncan , never return calls or available for comment etc. Steer clear!

BEST PURCHASE I'VE EVER MADE. I recently purchased an Hillman Pro Drive golf buggy from Uk sport Imports, as due to a recent hip operation getting round the course has been a little difficult. I contacted this company and spoke to the Sales manager. He was most helpfull and able to answer all of my questions. I decided to go for the two man delivery for ease. The item was delivered within one week which was great. The first time I took it out on the course all of my fellow golfers were very impressed with the item infact two of them are currently in the process if purchasing one. The buggy fits in my car also which is usefull as it means I do not have to make arrangements to leave it at the club, but can take it home with me and use it when popping to the newsagents down the road. It means I do not have to go everywere in the car which is great. There are simular products on the market however some have only one stearing handle which are difficult to manouver this has two and very simple to use. Allround great website, great service, quick delivery, excerlent product.

I recently purchased one of the crazy fit machines as a present to myself for my birthday. I have not had much chance to use the product yet but am hoping to clear some of those flabby patches by the time i go on holiday. I would reccomend this retailer and would purchase again should they have any items I am interested in. The order process was easy and the website was clear and with free delivery to my area that was good also. I found their prices to be very competative and in all cases I couldn't fine cheaper than anywere else. I would suggest this retailer should you be looking at purchaseing a sporting product.

I recently obtained a Hillman Pro Drive Golf Buggy from this company to enable me to continue with my golfing years. As I recently had a operation on my Hip it meant that Golfing became difficult and therefore I was so happy to find this retailers who sold buggy's at such a reasonable price. In addition as I am now registered disabled I was able to claim the VAT back from my buggy which also was great as it saved me a bit of money. The salesman Scott was so helpful and answered all of my questions. I also received my purchase within a week which was great as it meant I was able to fit in a round on the bank holiday weekend.

Elliptical Trainer I want to leave this review so others can see that there is no need to play a fortune for these items. This site is very good as it has lots of information and they also have a showroom which like many competitors you can not see these items before you buy. Although I did not go to the showroom as my freind has the same item so there was no need as I knew what I was buying. The order process was very simple and I had the item delivered to my work address. This was my first online order ever and I will certainly be prepared to order online again.
