The Appliance Warehouse - Information

I bought a fridgefreezer from the appliance warehouse on tuesday evening even after reading both the positive and the negative reviews other people had left and thought i'd give them a try... I had originally found the website when i had searched for another model, but once on the site they had a link for an alternative "firenzi" model on the page. i was a bit wary at first as I had never heard of "firenzi" but i spoke to one of their advisors who was very helpful and reassured me about the product; so i purchased that one at a fraction of the price! The guys arrived on friday morning at about 7.30am and installed my new fridgefreezer and kindly took the old one away for me too. they were very pleasant and really were the icing on the cake for such a good company! I now just have to go out and spent all my saved money on food to fill it!

Absolute bunch of clowns. Twice I was called to say that my stocked item was in fact not in the warehouse, then they turned up with two items and got them BOTH wrong. I asked for a credit on one and a replacement on the other, and was assured that it would be organised that day - a week later I discovered that neither had been done and nothing was on the system. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FOOLS IF YOU WANT THE GOODS THAT YOU ORDER TO BE CORRECT AND DELIVERED PUNCTUALLY.

Praise to this company! There are only a few companies that have delivered the service to me that every customer should have and this is up there with them. This is the second time I have used this company and It wont be the last if they continue in this way. Washer/Dryer was great and nicely packed up, delivery was good and nice, friendly person. Excellent service all round. Having read some of the negative reviews I was a bit dubious about buying but also there were many good reviews too so I went ahead and ordered, and if only a few more people like myself would spend the time to praise a particular company for their service then I am sure there would be even more like the excellent service that I have recently recieved after buying two appliances from here. i ordered an american fridgefreezer graded but new product over two weeks ago and i have had to call them four times now to know when it will be delivered.the lady i spoke to yesterday was not helpful and very rude as well.she kept me on the phone twice asking me to hold on when she knew she wasn't going to come back to me.i was initially told to wait till this week just gone for the item and all of a sudden they're not sure anymore when this item will be available.i have two kids and i have had to buy groceries daily which is not ideal as i do work full time.if i had gone to a proper shop,i'm sure i would not have to wait for this long for delivery.i think their website is misleading because they make you order what they do not have in store.i am giving them till next week to come out with something positive or else i'll have to cancel the order all together.

Recommended. Staff were both helpful and knowledgable, were able to supply a large list of items and at an unbeatable price. Will continue to do business further as reliability and politeness are company characteristics which i value. A++

The product was good value. The lady I spoke to on the phone was most helpful with order. Fast delivery and driver called to tell me he was on his way. Happy with the overall service and I would highly recommend you give them a visit. Mick
