They have an Uxbridge office and were great when i was in a panic to get a fast delivery. I ordered a Canon EF 17-40mm f/4.0 L USM Lens and as I say, it arrived on time and I'm very pleased. Will definately use again when i can afford it!

| Quality of retailer website |  1 / 5 | | Standard of service - items in stock | 1 / 5 | | Quality of sales service and warranty | 1 / 5 | | Standard of service - ordering | 1 / 5 | | Summary | i ordered JVC505 camcorder as advertised in the website on 26 Feb 2008. i wanted the product by 04 march, but the product only arrived on 10 march. late delivery. and then the item was not JVC505, (i ordered the JVC505 because i already study the product and it is user friendly) but they sent me JVC575 (the version that i did not want). they did not inform me that the item i wanted was not in stock and give me different item. i had paid $609.70 via bank transfer (which as advertised that the company will give 3% discount, but they never gave). on top of that, i had to pay £53.67 import tax. i asked them for refund and i return the product to hong kong as they told me to do so. but then they accused me of using the camera, which i did not even turn it on or put the battery on the camera. this company is too much. they did not response to the skype and only response very late to my e-mail. up to date, i did not receive any refund after i already returned the camcorder. i lost my money of £663.37 and no camcorder. they told they are going to refund, but nothing happened. | | Do you recommend this retailer? | No |

was a bad mistake,after one month I had not received it so I cancelled
the order and received my money back from PayPal.Their excuse was that they had a virus on their site,surely they should have some form of back-up.They did not answer emails or their help line on Skype.
I would never use this supplier again and would not advise anyone else to use them.

It appeared to be a UK website, but when the goods finally arrived 3 weeks later (afer me chasing them several times) they came via HongKong. A week later a customs bill for £36-odd arrived. I asked MyCameras about this, and the response was,
"hi terms and condition applied. we didn't charge tax and duty. so please check the tersm and condition befor eyou purchase.many buyers do not even read their terms and condition."
So AVOID THEM. Other sellers are appearing too, seemingly UK based websites are actually based in the far East and you will incur customs charges if you use them. Beware!
