After having bought a new Samsung Tocco, I was looking for 8GB Micro SD memory for it. I discovered memorybits and bought memory, bluetooth headset and car charger for it. I got offered a free delivery and the products reached me within a couple of days!! Thanks to Memorybits for the incredible buying experience.

My fourth time ordering with memorybits - faultless service and the prices are excellent. Ordered a new memory card for my camera and a pro duo stick for my boyfriends PSP. Ordered on the wednesday and they arrived on the friday. Have recommended and will continue to recommend to my friends, family and colleagues! Super online company - how an internet company should be! :-)
I have to say my experience with memorybits was a very positive one. I ordered my goods on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday. My memory card works perfectly and the price was about the best I could find. Could not fault them :-)
Very Happy once again, i bought a 16gb micro sd card for my new mobile phone recived in very quick time, now my phone can take thousands and pictures and hours of video cheers
AVOID THIS COMPANY - Ordered bits for a Wii & Wii fit. Despite a web chat asking if the rechargeable battery packs would charge when not in the console was told "yes" when this was not true. Poor quality item in unsealed cardboard packaging with no instructions. Not as described so returned. Also Wii fit skin poor quality, did not fit properly - too loose - so wii fit did not function properly. Unbranded in used plastic bag stapled with no name, logo or instructions. When returned told I would not get a refund, only a credit note. Phoned them and was told the same until I asked to speak to the manager and told them my rights - grudgingly said they would refund but not received any confirmation yet despite asking 2ce by e-mail. Jersey address makes it a bit tricky - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - still fighting to get a refund
My experience of this company is inline with others. Item ordered over 2 weeks ago and 3 phone calls later has still not arrived. Every time I call they promise to re-dispatch but nothing turns up. I plan to report to Trading Standards, although their Channel Islands address may thwart this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
