I attempted to buy a dressform here. Double checked online & by phone the item was in stock and was ready for collection or delivery, and less than 24hrs later after assuring me they had one aside for me I was rudely and abruptly told they had sold out, when I went to the shop to collect. I was lucky I hadn't parted with money. Others have not been so lucky. Research this company thoroughly before you order or you may become one of the many unlucky ones. There are several forums with sorry tales and trading standards getting involved, and quite shocking behaviour from the MD & staff. | | Do you recommend this retailer? | No |
