I needed the heart rate monitor for an event 2 weeks after I purchased, I made this very clear to the sales guy that made the order and he assured me that I would have it within the week. When it never turned up by the weekend I 1 voicemail and 3 e-mails. I had no reply. When I then chased them up again on Monday afternoon, they gave me a rambled excuse for why I have not received it and will not receive it for a further two weeks - far too late fo my event!
