However, I made two attempts to track the delivery of the parcel, but could not obtain any infofrmation at all. Fortunately I was at home when the parcel arrived. |

However, I did send a query to your customer care, via e-mail, and have not had a reply. This didn't affect my overall rating because the delivery arrangements had worked out as expected. |

I have had problems with Parcelforce in the recent past with items disappearing into the ether and certain drivers being "questioned", shall we say!!
