| Overall rating |  | | Comments | The price runner/supplier data web site implied product immediately available, but when no response had been received after 10 working days, yet my account had been debited on the day of the order, I rang EE to enquire. I was immedately told my TV was on its way now and would arrive in 3 days time. It did. So a slightly hit and miss experience but no real difficulties other than the delay, although that does cause some concern about what is actually going on. |

| Overall rating |  | | Comments | Electrical Experience was quick to respond to me buying their Product and offered a quick and free delivery service, which was met on time. It was overall a pleasant experience and I would recommend anybody to use this company, as they sold the product (a 42" LG LCD TV) cheaper than anybody else on the net and the delivery was absolutly free of charge. |

Easy to use website, email the same day confirming order and asking me to phone for a delivery date, TV came as promised in the morning of the day arranged, cannot ask for more - and the price was fantastic!!! Thank you guys.
Just one small blip - the guy on the end of the phone was somewhat lacking in customer skills and manners, he was rather abrupt and a Good Morning - Thank you very much , goes a very long way |
