SummaryHad a fantastic experiance with this retailer. I was searching for panasonic plasma TH42Z70 on saturday and on sunday noon after calling many retailers I found one in stock at ASK. Asked them to reserve it for me and drove down to the shop (from bristol) and bought it at 6 in the evening. The manager was very helpful as he himself supervised the loading on to my car. came back to watch match of the day 2 in our new plasma.

SummaryAfter calling the store about 4 times for a pretty high end ticket item I finally managed to get through to someone who wanted to answer my query instead of putting me on hold for 15 minutes, the oerson was rude and gormless and simply answered the item was not in stock despite the last person saying it was. Would not bothering ordering from this place again as it was probably one of the worst phone experiences of my life.

Summaryi left it late to get my son a ps3 60gb in time for xmas. everyone else is sold out. found one at ask on monday afternoon at 2.00pm and had it in my hands at 8.30 the next morning, how good is that!! thanks, askdirect.
