I needed a quick replacement as mine was stolen / misplaced last Friday night. hic ! Slight panic as I had a presentation to a new client! Dell site was saying 5-10 day delivery So was chuffed when I found them on Tesco site, Ordered first thing yesterday and arrived at 3.20pm,
Im impressed as is Wife as she collects clubcard points, got 1000+ as they are doing triple clubcard points.

I purchased a fridge/freezer from Tesco Direct for delivery in 48 hours. I also requested removal and disposal and paid the extra charge. I took time off work to stay in for the delivery which never came, when I rang I was told that they do not do removal in N.Ireland and that I would be getting a call from the contracter who they had outsourced too, reference delivery. 120 hours later no call or idea of when it will be delivered and on top of that they can't tell me the name of the company who will be delivering it so I can't get in touch with them. They have shown no concern or help about my delivery at all. | | Do you recommend this retailer? | No |
