Sandisk Shop - Information

Purchasing a Sandisk Compact Flash Memory card - identified sandiskshop as it was the cheapest and also stated it was In Stock. Placed order on 3 July. Was notified that item had been dispatched on 15 July (much later than anticipated). Item not received on 21 July and tried to contact the firm - the telephone numbers on the website are all unobtainable - very disconcerting! Finally got an e-mail on the 24 July and the item arrived on 25 July. Item not as desired and when I try to fill in the form to get a Returns Merchandise Authorisation number (without which I cannot return the goods), I was told that as the order had been completed 13 days ago I had no rights under the returns within 7 days of receipt policy.

Avoid this website - they are a shoddy bunch
