SummaryPurchasing a Sandisk Compact Flash Memory card - identified sandiskshop as it was the cheapest and also stated it was In Stock. Placed order on 3 July. Was notified that item had been dispatched on 15 July (much later than anticipated). Item not received on 21 July and tried to contact the firm - the telephone numbers on the website are all unobtainable - very disconcerting! Finally got an e-mail on the 24 July and the item arrived on 25 July. Item not as desired and when I try to fill in the form to get a Returns Merchandise Authorisation number (without which I cannot return the goods), I was told that as the order had been completed 13 days ago I had no rights under the returns within 7 days of receipt policy.

Avoid this website - they are a shoddy bunch

SummaryItems listed are the website as in stock were actually out of stock and new stock never arrived so the order was never fulfilled. I was never given any idea when new stock would arrive so I phoned them after a couple of weeks. After many attempts and using different phone numbers I got through once and was told new stock was coming in 'tomorrow'. It never did so I canceled the order.
Money was taken before the order was fulfilled (which they said shouldnt happen) and I havent been credited with a refund. I cant get through by email or phone anymore so 5 weeks later I'm going through my credit card to try and get my money back.
Avoid at all costs.

SummaryAvoid at any cost. I imagine customer service would be terrible... if only I could get _any_ response at all :/ Telephone lines non-functioning, emails never replied to, phone "call back service" not working. Waiting 3 months for a refund after returning an item and still not a peep from them. Probably going to small claims court... at least it'll make me feel better if nothing else. From reading posts on forums I know I'm not the only one to feel this way, but that's cold comfort indeed.
