Global Gizmos - Information

I ordered the product as expected it in 2-4days however it took over a week to arrive. There was no email or advice at time of purchase that it would take so long or that you were waiting for the product to arrive from your supplier. The delay in delivery was very disappointing as it was a birthday gift and was 3 days late for the birthday! It would have been great customer service to at least email customers to explain that there has been a delay even if this was not possible at time of purchase.

The website was very good & I was very happy with the price but delivery was quoted at 2-4 working days & took 1 week which was a nuisance as I had to wait in since a signature was needed on delivery. Order tracking did not mean very much as the item was not dispatched until 6 days after I ordered it, after which delivery was very rapid.

i had no email to confirm delivery details or tracking, but the package turned up within the 4 day schedule.

The website promised delivery within 2-4 working days. After 4 working days I phoned up to ask why I hadn't received delivery confirmation and was told it had been sent by recorded-delivery a day earlier. 2 more working days later I got a confirmation email to be told it had been sent by courier that day - so they lied to me.

Had the product and model I wanted at an excellent price and delivered quickly

I ordered the product on Friday 29th September on the basis of Free Express 2-4 business day delivery. Was told the following Thursday 2nd October by Global that it had been despatched. Item was not in fact despatched till Monday 6th October and did not arrive till 7th October.

I was Highly Satisfied with every aspct of the product, which was the one I was looking for and the company that supplied it. Great Product at a Great Price !

I have purchased 3 other GPS's from Global Gizmos over the last two years and would have given them 5* ratings on all points. However, this time, I am highly dissatisfied. I ordered a GPS on 2 day express service and received nothing after 3 working days. I called them and they promised to call me back with the status...nothing... I emailed and asked them to cancel the order....nothing.... I ordered another [same] unit from amazon.co.uk, 2 days before my trip to USA and it arrived the following day, very useful during my 3 weeks away. After leaving for USA, the second unit arrived from Global Gizmos, one and a half weeks after I ordered it. Never received tracking information, never received status, nothing. I'm still waiting for Global Gizmos to take back the unwanted unit! As I said, 3 earlier orders were delivered as expected, tihs one was/is a nightmare.

Disappointed with overall delivery service . Chose standard 2-4 working business days , product only dispatched after I emailed them as I hadnt received product in specified time , still awaiting delivery . Tracking order not logged with specified courier ,s o no way of tracking order . No reply to email - although they say they aim to repsongd within 2 hours. Will not use them again as they cannot get the product I want in time . Very disatisfied
