The product was marked as being in stock, and the price was spot on.
I ordered it yesterday morning, and it arrived today. Less than 28 hours in all, via Amtrak. I could track the parcel. and it arrived as promised. I did not pay for extra quick delivery.
I know some others have reported difficulties, and although i haven't opened the box yet, so far as ordering ande delivery is concerned, they sholud be given the credit they deserve. Whether after sales is up to it i don't know, but credit where it is due | | Do you recommend this retailer? | Yes |

Promised free delivery of a 42inch flat screen in 3 days, with a good price . I received notification that the item had been shipped via UPS. Waited. No delivery. Tried to contact BTshop and only then noticed that despite it being BT you cant actually phone them - you have to either email or by electronic chat. They gave me tracking number, Phoned UPS who say item is lost and they will put their specialist tracking team on the case straight away but it could take 5 days to sort out. Turns out this is working days. In the meantime BT are of no help whatsover. Contact them but they say just have to wait, when I ask how long they cant say , ask how to escalate this I am just given the standard email address. Then along the line I get a reply from Dabs.com customer service, basically saying the same thing. Key point is that it appears that BT just subcontract their orders to Dabs.com. Latest message is from UPS who say that if they cant find the tv by next Monday they will contact the shipper and arrange a refund, at which time they assume that I will get a repayment but that the matter could take at least another 7 days ( again presumably working days). So looks like the best I can hope for after 3 weeks waiting is a refund, still no telly. Will I be asking BTshop to supply a replacement? I think not. Over four weeks later, they have not come to collect it and they will not refund our money until they have it back, although in the meantime we have had to reorder and pay for the TV we actually wanted. Impossible to deal with as they can only be contacted by email or via online chat service, which is always busy. Hence my dismay and worst fears when I subsequently read several poor reviews after placing the order.
No problemo - the item was received at 10am Wednesday morning, having ordered it very late on Monday night.

Price did not show on search engines but when I went onto their site they'd reduced it by £43.00 and there is a free delivery offer on goods over £99.00. Have never ordered from them and despite some negative reviews I was lured by the price and the fact they stated it was in stock. I placed my order and found there was a problem with payment but that was regarding security measures with my cc company. I'm pleased they were in place. I sorted it out in a short space of time and my payment went through. Was able to check status all the way through to despatch on Monday afternoon. Ordered late Saturday p.m. and it arrived late Tuesday morning. Delivery method was next day delivery as advised by the email they sent on Monday evening. I did not pay anything for this. Plus the TV was poorly packed in box,I contacted BT Shop on several occasions and each time told "We would sort out the items and send them to you ASAP" And 60 days later Still waiting on said items Customer Service is very poor/bad/a joke . 60 days on from the purchase told we could not get the parts and would collect the tv and refund the purchase price not even a replacement was offered

The contents were not as expected and there was damaged to the TV casing (screwdriver dents and crack) - indicating that this was previously returned. I immediately contacted them using the very vague chat system. They offered no help and tried to blame the delivery company so I sent pictures and emails but didn‘t get a response. On the 6th day I tried to return the item but their site was undergoing maintenance and wouldn't allow me to log in. When I finally logged in I was over the seven days automatic return date and was refused this option. I have been trying desperately to get a response for nearly a month. I received a one line reply a week ago telling me that I should contact BT couriers (why they couldn't pass my emails to them is beyond me!). So I emailed all previous correspondents to the courier department and they replied "you are now over the seven days and can't sent back the television“ no other comment or acknowledgement of my other emails. Now, nearly a month later I have sent one last email asking them to assist or face legal action, and guess what - no reply.
There is nothing positive that I can add to balance the arguments only to say that if you are lucky enough not to have a problem with BT then all well and good, but from my point of view BT Shop is an extension of the bad service that you have come to expect from BT as a whole.
I should have learnt my lesson with BT as they once sent an elderly family member a bill with no details other than court action will follow on non payment - she wasn‘t even a customer.

OnLine messenger tingy waste of time....no one at the other end is really capable to progress your query or problem on the spot.
i would reccomend using BT shop to anyone. even if it is 40 quid cheaper.
FREE Delivery is a joke...am still waiting for my order.

Totally false. I contacted them on 19th December via computer text and was told delivery may be mid January. Nobody had bothered to inform me. I asked to speak to someone. They were not prepared to ring me but I was 'invited' to use their 08700 premium number to ring them.

Competitive prices, and for me, a reasonable delivery time for a plasma tv.
However, if you have problems then BT.Shop is a very unfriendly place to deal with. There is no published phone number. You are always a customer and never a name. The e-mail turnaround is slow (at least 2 working days) and, in my case, unhelpful.
I had a broken screen on delivery and their 'standard' reply initially suggested I contacted the manufacturer. Well first of all my contract is with BT.Shop and not the manufacturer, and secondly it took so long to get a response I thought 'blow you' and I'll have my money back. Three weeks later and the tv stand has finally been collected - they took the tv last week but the courier wouldn't take the stand!!!
All in all - be prepared for e-mail converstations if things go wrong. If you are happy with this then use them ... but not for me and I'd council against your use of them. | | Do you recommend this retailer? | No |

Eventually cancelled order on 14th december when being faced with yet another delay.
Had to do all the running to check progess.
