Whitebox - Information

easy to order, cooperation in agreeing delivery time, prompt delivery , overall good service

Not being very experienced at ordering online and also apprehensive regardidng secure payment, I found Whitebox to be very quick in replying to my queries and supplying the relevant information. Whitebox telephoned regarding delivery date,told me Hotpoint would contact me, date arranged, delivered on time, have recommended.

Everything happened as I was told it would. Someone did ring and tell me the goods would be arriving in the morning of the stated day. Then the driver rang to say he was 10 minutes away and then it arrived and was carried in by two very helpful men. I was very impressed. I havent quite got the hang of internet purchasing but so far so good. So thank you everyone, very much.

Excellent service, Hotpoint could not make initial delivery date but a revised date was given within 24 hours and appliance arrived on time. Delivery service was excellent with product unpacked, inspected and packaging removed. Will highly recommend Whitebox to our friends. An excellent buying experience with good value for money.

I have never had such an atrocious experience with online buying. Your staff have a complete lack of communication skills; virtually all my emails and all my telephone messages have been ignored. I cancelled my order. I shall however be generous and suggest that there may have been problems in your IT department.

Firstly, I was very impressed with the low prices on the Whitebox website, especially the free delivery. From placing my order right through to delivery I was kept informed by email, text message and telephone call advising me of the progress of my order. I received the freezer just 3 working days after placing my order and I would not hesitate to purchase future appliances from this company, and I have already recommended them to friends.

Placed order and received confirmation back quickly confirming that the order had been placed with Servis who would deliver the following Thursday or Friday but would ring to arrange. When I hadn't received delivery confirmation, I tried for two days to get through to Whitebox only getting their answerphone message. When I finally got hold of them they said they would chase the order. I then received a call from Servis to arrange delivery and they confirmed that they had only received the order from Whitebox that day. So disappointing service which resulted in me not receiving the product when I was informed I was going to.

WE WERE A BIT DISSAPOINTED HAVING TO WAIT NEARLY 4 WEEKS FOR ITEM TO ARRIVE BUT IT IS HERE NOW AND UP AND RUNNING.LOOKING FORWARD TO MENY YEARS OF USE.
