| Overall rating |  | | Comments | I ATTEMPETED TO BUY ITEN ONLINE....THE SITE ASKED FOR CONTACT DETAILS AND THEN ASKED ME MY PREFERED CONTACT METHOD, WHICH I PUT PHONE AS NO COMPUTER DURING THE DAY.....SITE TOLD ME SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BY 1PM. AT TEATIME NOONE HAD CALLED CHECKED E MAIL BOX AND WHITEBOX HAD E MILED ME TO SAY THEY COULD NOT GET ITEM AS WAS NOW NO LONGER BEING MANUFACTURED. WAS TOO LATE BY THIS POINT TO CALL AND ASK FOR REFUND.
CALLED NEXT DAY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND REFUND GIVEN ETC, HOWEVER WHEN I PHONED 365 ELECTRICAL NEXT DAY...WITH WHOM I BOUGHT THE ITEM FROM....THEY COULD NOT DELIVER FOR NEARLY A WEEK...HAD I BEEN IN CONTACT DAY BEFORE, WHEN WHITEBOX SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME, I COULD HAVE HAD IT EARLIER. |

However, this was easily rectified and once we were on the same wavelengh delivery was prompt and at the agreed time. I will definitely use Whitebox again, if the price is right! |

| Overall rating |  | | Comments | overall, my purchase experience was very good, however, I had a phonecall the day after placing my order from a very helpful woman informing me that unfortunately the model I had ordered had been discontinued. I was recommended a newer model as a replacement and told that it had a slightly slower spinspeed but a higher capacity which I was happy with. However, when I enquired as to whether the new model still had a delayed start feature which was one of the main things I was interested in, the young lady was not able to confirm this but reassured me that the aqualtis range were all very similar and should be almost identical to the one I had originally ordered. Sadly, when my order arrived I found that it did not have the delay feature which was quite disappointing.
Aside from this I was very happy with the service I received from Whitebox.

We then went on line and having done price comparisons between all the major suppliers found Whitebox and as they were some 10% less overall on what we wanted decided to buy from them. The whole ordering to delivery (direct from the manufacturers) took about 3 days. The goods were in excellent condition and therefore can only compliment Whitebox on a superb service. |

I was kept well updated with the progress of my purchase in the way in which there was constant communication at all times right through the delivery of the goods. I was very impressed in the way that there was no problem sending to another address which was indeed a buisness address.this made everything so much easier and I would recomend Whitebox to a friend. |

Although originally the washing machine could not be delivered in the three days mentioned in the dialogue, the telephone call to confirm and explain was
very quick and the product was delivered when stated after the telephone call
to confirm the delivery. So far so good with the machine too. Working well.

The dishwasher we received was damaged and my husband and I had to resolve the issue ourselves by sending an irrate email direct to Hotpoint. Hotpoint did get the replacement machine to us in 2 days but WE had to do all the running around and making numerous telephone calls which has added to our overall cost.

Whitebox had really good prices and I had my machine within 48 hours from ordering. What a great experience. I will use this online shop again for future appliances. I will also recommend them my friends and family!

Delivery was very efficient although the goods turned up in the morning rather than the afternoon which would have been extremely annoying had I taken just the afternoon off work. This however seems to have down to the manufacturer's procedures rather than Whitebox. |

There was no charge for delivery and the product arrived within three days. The price was cheaper than similar model from other sellers on the internet and customer service was great. I will definitely be using Whitebox again - thank you! |

As promised I got my washing machine within 3 days. The delivery men were very helpful. They connected and removed my old machine without a hitch. I am very pleased with my new washing maching.

However, I am not satisfied with the delivery because having taken time off work I was met by a Hotpoint delivery driver with a stairwalker which was not suitable for using to access my first floor maisonette. In the onsite delivery form I stated that I lived in a first floor flat without a lift - there was no other option available. I then had to take more time off work to take the delivery the next day. I paid for removal of the old machine, which the delivery drivers scraped down my front path leaving scratch marks. I also paid for installation which was done, but the connection of the waste outlet leaks so I will have to find a way to repair that myself. I realise these aspects are more to do with Hotpoint than Whitebox but perhaps they need to feed this back to Hotpoint direct. |

Very disappointing, also their recycle cost was £20 - I ended up purchasing the same machine from Argos and they charged £7, and the machine was in stock. |

In reality it took 4 weeks, and when I telephoned Whitebox to chase it up, no-one bothered to even acknowledge my phone call. |

To start with we were told 3 days but then told between now and 3-4 weeks before delivery of the washing machine. Finally Hotpoint phoned and gave us a delivery date for 7 days. I guess these guys are just an agent for Hotpoint and don't get to excited about the delivery date until it's been confirmed as it could be alot longer than you expect. |
