| Refund Policy | For mattresses and sets, we offer a 30 NIGHT TRIAL: try the mattress for real at home. If you’re not happy we will refund/exchange the goods (a collection fee of £30 will be retained). The retraction period is 7 days from the day following the date of receipt of the goods. The method of return will be at the initiative, convenience and expense of the customer. Full refund with exception to the initial shipping cost. |

| Delivery | UK address including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Isle of Man. Items which are in stock will have a next day delivery option for British mainland only. Special items or items we don't hold in stock have to be ordered from our manufacturers and will take longer. Bedeezee will always supply a date and time for delivery by phone or e-mail prior to the delivery taking place, so that we adapt ourselves to your schedule and not the opposite. |

| Cost of Delivery | Delivery prices are calculated as follow: FREE delivery for all orders over £100.00 For all orders under £100, delivery contribution will be £7. This is the price for our standard delivery service but you can then choose to add a range of services to your delivery. |
