At time of writing, the phone has still not arrived 10 days later (Royal Mail Recorded - both Prepaymania and myself are unable to track this!!??). Even Royal Mail Recorded 2nd Class shouldn't take this long.
No answers yet to after sales emails, which is a concern.
Eventually requested a refund on the phone. Told that refund will not be considered until phone has been missing for 15 working days! No good to me, I needed a phone this week (it's Friday evening now).
Pleasant phone manner, but very poor after sales service.

Goods turned up within a couple of days. However, was left on my doorstep by Parceline, not signed for (OK, not Prepaymania's fault, but not good service), phone was the black and not the silver version, the security tag had been broken and it was on the Orange network, not SIM free. Website had indicated 50+ of the silver versions in stock. When I eventually managed to speak to the company, they admitted that they had no silver phones in stock and would not be getting any. At the time of writing, to be fair to them, they are arranging for Parceline to collect the duff order from me - let's see if they turn up.

I found the website very easy to use and products laid out nicely, ordering wasnt too difficult either and delivery was free!! After looking online I stumbled upon Prepaymania I really liked the simplicity of the site, the lowest prices I could find online and Free delivery on everything!! After reading a few reviews I came to the conclusion lets place the order with Prepaymania, so I did. The whole ordering process went well and the phone arrived within 2 working days of it being placed, not bad for free delivery compared to having to wait upto 7 days with some online companies. I received an email as the colour phone I ordered was not in stock - did I want to wait or have a different colour or network or have a refund. I really wanted what I had ordered so I said I would wait as long as it wasnt a long time. I had another email about 20 mins after to say they would come into the stock in 2 days time. The phone arrived as I was told it would!
