I ordered a Canon Digital IXUS 960 IS late Monday night & opted for the free 7-10day delivery, my new camera arrived Wednesday lunchtime! I was THRILLED!

To keep the price down I opted for the standard delivery (free) 7-10 days. The item was shipped the same day but didn't arrived until two days later as they missed off the house number. Apart from this small error I received the item in 2 days instead of 7-10.
The information provided including tracking number, camera serial number wtc is great, they really go overboard on the service.

My camera wasn't in stock at the time, but they did indicate a 7-10 working day delivery as the only option so it was fairly clear. I ended up getting it in exactly one week. They were also out of stock with the 1GB Sandisk SD card I ordered, so they substituted a 4GB AnMOS card. Not a brand I have ever heard of but is much cheaper than Sandisk. I said I wasn't happy about that and have been told that a replacement Sandisk card is on the way and I can keep the other! Very helpful.

The memory card I ordered was out of stock, but they were able to supply an alternative at no extra charge and still deliver on time! On top of all this, the price was amazingly cheap and the delivery free!
