Summary

Had a very bad experience buying online with this website. Item was listed in stock, but after ordering I have not received it, neither any contact from gocoffee. Contacted them several times but to no avail. Cancelled the order. Then re-placed it after being promised delivery within 5 days and agreed a specific day for delivery with them via email, but delivery was not made (nor any contact to let me know). I've contacted them again, but no response (waiting for warehouse or whatever excuses they made). Had to cancel order yet again (this time not to be fooled again). 

I was charged immediately on order, but still have not received my refund for a coffee machine worth £330, nearly 3 months ago. Still expecting refund.
