Excellent experience from order to delivery.
Excellent price.
Particlularly excellent delivery service, confirmed day and then called twice to advise of progress and expected delivery time.

When I placed my order I told them not to deliver on a particular date because I would not be home. They still came that day and left a card asking me to arrange another date. I did that and they confirmed, but I waited all day from 7.30 am and nothing came. When I rang and asked why they had confirmed they would deliver but hadn't they said they didn't know, but they'd deliver the next day. I said don't as I won't be home, so they did and left another card. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund several times. They deducted £15 for delivery, despite having deliberately called on two dates when they knew I was away and failing to deliver when they had confirmed that they would be calling.

Brought to this site from price comparison site, so was already pleased with lower priced item. Washing machine was listed as being in stock, rang up at 4pm on Wednesday and was told delivery qwould be 3 working days, whisch was pretty impressive. Phone call on same evening to say delivery would be NEXT DAY!!! Delivery guys were great, polite and helpful, even offered to unpack the washing machine. I will be buying all my electrical goods from this site, it is easy to navigate and I think the service and delivery is second to none.

These people are brilliant. I ordered an extractor fan on line on Sunday, someone phoned me on my mobile on Monday to say it would be delivered on Tuesday, which it was. The delivery guy was very helpful too. Definately not the last time I will use them - highly recommended!! Their prices are very reasonable too.
