I need not have worried although I did get scared when it didn't arrive in 48 hours as stated on website. I contacted 24-7, got a virtually immediate response to say it had been despatched and It arrived in perfect condition 2 days later. |

The ratings you have so consistently received from other customers gave me sufficient confidence to give you a try and I would now not hesitate to repeat the experience or recommend you to friends.
the site is easy to search and use, full of relevnat information and communication and delivery were spot on - estimated two days delivery, ordered Friday and arrived Tuesday after weekend processing - brilliant!
Worth it all to see the look on my fiance's face when he came back from a work trip to find the tv he has been ogling for months but never daring to splash out on just waiting for him!

I also made a purchase minutes later from Pixmania for an item that wasn't stocked by 24-7. 3 days after my 24-7 item arrived, I'm still waiting for my delivery from Pixmania after paying for postage via Parcel Force.

247 website stated that all 3 products were in stock but they only dispatched one.
They informed me 2 items werte out of stock. (247 Site continued to state items in stock)
This product got lost by City Link on day of delivery.
City link informed me after 4 days they had lost product.
I contacted 247 and asked them to refund difference of £30 between what I paid through them as all products were showing in stock and what I could have paid from another company. My request denied
247 took 18 days to confirm with City Link that products lost.
247 Customer service person Leigh was pretty good
2 products finally dispatched after approx 1 week and told dispatched then another email stating out of stock!
Lost product finally arrived after 21 days and approx 12 emails
247 very difficult to contact by telephone
All items continued to show in stock on 247 site when I was told awaiting delivery
Very pleased with product eventually
Very poor service from 247 and will not be using them again. |

The picture is of almost HD quality without having to subscribe each month to sky. I would definitly buy from 24/7 electrical again. Many thanks. |
