Krish Audio-Visual - Information

On Pricerunner, Krish were giving the best deal on a Panasonic DMR-EX88 DVD Recorder (£325.00) I checked their site and it said "IN STOCK" and to make sure I rang up their London shop and they assured me they were in stock ready to deliver. I placed my order by credit card on Friday and Krish took payment immediately. On Tuesday I had heard nothing so I checked Krish's order tracking site and found that my order had not yet been processed. I rang the shop and was told that they were in fact "Awaiting Delivery" - (So much for their promise that they had stock ready to delivered). But not to worry stock was imminent and I would have my recorder by Friday. Then on Thursday I received this Email message:- dear howard - apologies for our omission but we will no longer be receiving any stocks of DMR-EX88, subsequently we have cancelled the order and all monies fully refunded Kind Regards John Dogra I checked my credit card account but no refund yet - Krish tell me that refunds take 3 days to appear in my account. I spoke to my credit card company and they said it could have been paid by immediate payment but Krish obviously don't think repaying funds is as important as taking payment. They have apologised but: THEY SAID THEY HAD STOCK & DID NOT THEY THEN COULD NOT FULFIL THE ORDER THEN A DELAY IN REFUNDING MY CREDIT CARD (I'm Still waiting) I would be very careful before dealing with this company in the future

I can't recommend Krish AV highly enough. John was extremely helpful and so responsive, especially since we were moving to India and needed to get things ordered pretty quickly and sent to our shippers. Anybody looking to buy AV equipment should make Krish AV their first port of call. We'll definitely be using Krish AV for our AV needs! Thanks for all your help! Emma

I recently purchased a Panasonic TH42-PX80B Plasma TV from Krish. To qualify for the Panasonic 5 Year Warranty Offer I needed to visit the store and have a demonstration, a phone call quickly confirmed this. The price was the same as the internet, unlike some other dealers I telephoned who added anything up to £130 on top of the internet price for the Panasonic 5 year warranty, even though the cost to them was nothing! For peace of mind I paid slightly extra for a palletised delivery (which I consider essential for a plasma screen) that arrived on the day requested, with a telphone call a couple of hours before delivery. Altogether an excellent all round and professional service.
