Everything happened as they said it would, reminder calls, confirming time slots etc. Product came on the date and time specified, which is probably THE most important thing when you take time off work to wait in. This is the second time I've used Boots, and still 100% success rate. I paid a bit more for Boots (price was not the cheapest, but it was still very competitive) for 2 reasons.
1) because they had consistently good feedback (with all due respect to the few people who didn't have a good experience).
2) because I got Advantage points.
So, very professional service - the minimum I require and expect. It's amazing how many companies don't meet this minimum though. |

| Overall rating |  | | Comments | Was a bit disappointed that although online it stated delivery would be in 3-7 days, on ordering i was advised washer dryer was very popular and delivery would be in excess of 2 wks--was not happy at this but delivery only took about a week in the end -so everything worked out. Was kept up to date on delivery by text and phone and delivery men were very fast and helpful, and arrived within the stated 4 hr time frame. The almost 2000 boots advantage points are very welcome. Would use boots again for these type of items. |

Delivery was made at 7.30am with a phone call 30mins beforehand to let me know they were on their way with a no hassle installation and taking away my old product. Thouroughly recommend Boots Kitchen appliances with advantage points too! |

Delivery was on time, I was not kept waiting all day as a 4 hour window was given and when the item arrived the delivery men were helpful and tidy! Price was competitive as well so I would be happy to buy from Boots again. |

Washing machine delivered at 7.30 am. Then had follow up call in the afternoon from Boots to ensure I had received item and making sure everything had been as expected. Would definitely recommend as there is after sales service too, which is nowadays unheard of! |

| Overall rating |  | | Comments | Part of the reason we bought through Boots was the 48 hour delivery. The product should not have been displayed if it was out of stock and therefore the 48 hour delivery was impossible.
The price was very competitive and the service I received from Boots was great in terms of calls, text and email - and we did feel cheated when we could not get our washing machine within 48 hours though. |

I waited a long time to get through and when I did so I heard that my order had nbeen cancelled. More telephone calls revealed that there was not enough stock to meet my order even though my purchase was connfirmed. I have no idea if money has been taken from my account. I have been promised a call on Friday. I will reserve judgement about recommendation until I see how that progresses. |

Unfortunately on this last occasion we were very disappointed with the attitude and demeanor of the delivery company TSL. Not only did they seem to want to blame us for the fact they got lost but also damaged our grass verge in their haste. Previously the delivery teams had been helpful and polite. I can only assume the new delivery company are cheap ! - they certainly let down an otherwise excellent service. |

I was contacted 21 April to be told that the fridge was out of stock so both items would not be delivered until 29 April. I had a number of issues with your customer service team regarding this. On 28 April I was informed my delivery would be between 7 and 11. On 29 April the delivery people called to tell me they would deliver between 8.30 and 12. I have now received the order although the initial fridge they tried to deliver was the wrong item!!!!!!!!!!!! |

The delivery date was scheduled to meet my preference and the administration staff and delivery staff telephoned to confirm delivery times in advance. The product arrived during the time specified and the delivery staff were polite and helpful. The product was competitively priced, arrived in excellent condition and good working order. I would definitely recommend Boots Kitchen Appliances to friends and relatives and will use their service again when I need to purchase anything for the kitchen in the future. |

I had two failed deliveries, the second of which had been confirmed the evening before. I was assigned a member of the team, Jennifer Dawe who was not in work! Phone call messages were not passed on when I was told someone would be ringing me back. I was told over the phone on Wednesday 2nd April that I would get compensation for the extremely poor service I have recieved, but I have heard nothing of this since. |

| Overall rating |  | | Comments | The process of buying through Boots Kitchen Appliances on line was reasonably straightforward. The only downside was the usual one of delivery timeslots (that said, it was overall, a good experience.)
I realised that I would need a half day slot to be at home to receive the delivery, but as I do casual/relief work, I was not in a position to inform my employer whether I would be off in the morning or afternoon. The reason being: the buyer will only know which part of the day the delivery is expected the previous evening; this normally, gives no opportunity to update an employer on ones potential working availablity for the next day. Had we known one day earlier, I would have been able to arrange to attend work, as my wife would have been home from work in the early afternoon for the initial expected delivery slot.
Therefore, in my case I had to turn down work for the entire day (I do not get holiday pay.) I cannot fault the delivery itself: although the time slot did change to an earlier one (12-4pm;) via an incoming phone call on the morning of the delivery. This helped me get the oven in place and working earlier than expected, but would have caused delivery problems had I taken the pre-evening phone call delivery time (3-7pm) as accurate, and left home early morning as is often the case and not arrived home until after 1.30pm (my wife arrived home at 2pm)
I took delivery around 12:30 I believe, and the delivery was completed without a problem; your delivery team being very helpful.

This was confirmed by email the following day. Phone call the night before delivery as promised offering 10-2 delivery time. Asked if we could have early time within that slot but they could not offer this. Was told we were delivery 11 out of 27 so should come earlier in time slot. Arrived at 1.40pm so not as early as hoped but within time scale. Was in perfect condition.
Was told on phone by their staff that they are using a new delivery company which has improved deliveries being on time. I can't guarantee this but it worked for us.

Refused to unpack the item even though I pointed out it was on Boots terms and conditions sheet, I noted on the sheet that the item had not been unpacked and signed as sight unseen. I suppose I was lucky the item was OK.... Brilliant Price, Product and Customer service. Let down by a crap logistics Company, but I saved £80.00 so can't moan really. |

First class delivery scheduling and spot-on follow though, including pre-delivery phone call to confirm times, etc. Courteous dleivery man. Cannot fault the process. Goods were as ordered an in perfect condition. Packaging removed by delivery driver as promised.
